Do you see the Kinect in the device manager? You need to see both 'Kinect Motor' and 'Kinect Camera' under the 'PrimeSensor' section. If you do not, then the driver was not installed properly. Maybe you need to update the driver manually from the 'c: Program Files (x86) Prime Sense Sensor Driver' directory?
