Our graduate lawyers and article clerks gain diverse experience working across different practice areas throughout the graduate program. Graduate lawyers in our Melbourne, Sydney and Perth offices complete a formal 18 month graduate program. During your rotations, you’ll work directly with partners and lawyers and be actively involved in matters pertaining to your practice area. This experience is complemented by a comprehensive program of professional and business development, knowledge management and pro bono work. Every graduate is also assigned a ‘buddy’ who’ll help you attune to life at G+T, and give you invaluable advice and support throughout your graduate program.
