Cindy Bullens exhibited an unfortunate talent for hooking up with record companies that were on the way out, starting with United Artists and continuing with the classic '70s boom-and-bust label, Casablanca, a year later. Which is to say that Bullens's second album, Steal the Night, got lost at the end of 1979.
