IF YOU APPLY TO MORE THAN ONE PROGRAM, THE PROGRAM APPLICATION WITH THE EARLIEST TIME AND DATE WILL BE THE ONE YOU FOR WHICH YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED. YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $95 FEE THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
